Urban Loft Conversion

Smith Enterprises hired us to transform a historic warehouse into a modern urban loft in the heart of New York City. The project involved converting the open industrial space into a functional, stylish living area while preserving its original character. The design emphasized open spaces, high ceilings, and exposed brick walls to retain the loft's industrial charm.

The renovated space includes a contemporary kitchen, two bedrooms, and a multifunctional living area. Modern amenities such as smart home technology, high-efficiency HVAC systems, and advanced lighting solutions were integrated seamlessly into the design.

One of the significant challenges was preserving the building’s historic elements while upgrading its infrastructure to modern standards. This was achieved by carefully restoring original features like the brick walls and wooden beams and incorporating new systems without compromising the loft’s aesthetic. We also navigated New York City’s stringent building codes and zoning laws to ensure compliance.
