Modern Coastal Retreat

The Modern Coastal Retreat project for the Anderson Family involved constructing a luxurious beachfront home designed to maximize ocean views and integrate seamlessly with the natural surroundings. This custom-built home features large glass windows, sustainable materials, and an open floor plan to create a light-filled, airy space that reflects modern coastal living.

This home includes four bedrooms, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and a spacious living area that opens onto a deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Special attention was given to eco-friendly building practices, including solar panels, energy-efficient appliances, and sustainable building materials.

One of the main challenges was ensuring the home could withstand the harsh coastal environment while maintaining its aesthetic appeal. We used weather-resistant materials and reinforced structural elements to address this. Additionally, the project required careful planning and coordination with local authorities to meet all regulatory requirements for coastal construction.
