Country Estate Renovation

The Johnson Family's Country Estate Renovation project involved updating and expanding a historic farmhouse to blend modern amenities with traditional charm. The renovation included adding a new wing, upgrading the kitchen and bathrooms, and restoring original features such as hardwood floors and fireplaces.

The addition features a master suite with a private balcony, a spacious family room, and a home office. The renovation also included installing energy-efficient windows, a new HVAC system, and sustainable insulation to improve the home’s energy performance.

One of the primary challenges was integrating the new construction with the existing structure while maintaining the farmhouse's historical integrity. We carefully matched materials and design elements to ensure a seamless blend of old and new. Another challenge was minimizing disruptions to the family during construction, which was managed through strategic planning and clear communication with the Johnsons throughout the project.
